By Phone:   Call us on 0115 963 2848 and we will take your order and delivery details.   Please make sure you have your full postal code available.   We will also take your phone number, when your garment is ready for despatch we will call you back and take a payment by credit card or debit card.   You may find it helps to print out the order form and complete it before you phone us, you will then have a copy of your order.

By Post:   Print out the "Printable Order Form" option, complete it and post it to us along with your cheque made payable to "Welbeck Sports".   Post it to: Welbeck Sports, Unit 2, Benneworth Close, Hucknall, Nottingham. NG15 6EL

By e-mail:   e-mail your order to us using the "Contact Form".   Make sure you give us your phone number, when your garment is ready for despatch we will contact you by phone and take payment by either Credit or Debit card.   Do not e-mail your card details to us.   You may find it helpful to print out the "Printable Order Form" and complete it before you start  e-mailing your order to us.    This will then act as a record of your order.

Delivery times:    We will despatch your garment as quickly as possible, if the size you request is in stock, we may be able to despatch on the same day.   If it is not in stock we will endeavour to despatch it within 7 days.   Normal delivery times will not exceed 21 days.    If for any reason we cannot deliver your garment within 21 days we will notify you accordingly.

Deliveries to non-UK addresses.   There will be higher delivery costs for off-shore deliveries.   Please e-mail an enquiry to us in the first instance, stating the garment style and size which you wish to order.    Also tell us which country you live in.   We will then work out the extra delivery costs and notify you by e-mail.    If you then wish to proceed with an order you should post us a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank account for the full amount.   Please complete and enclose an order form giving your full address and order details.

Exchanges and refunds.   Should you not be entirely satisfied with your garment, you may return it to us, in unworn condition within 28 days, for exchange in a different size or for a full refund.
